Q: What are your candles made from?

A: All our candles are handmade using 100% natural soy wax, high-quality essential oils, and natural decorative elements such as dried flowers or gemstones. We never use paraffin or harmful additives.

Q: Are your fragrances natural?

A: Yes, we use pure essential oils for natural, clean aromas. Some designs may combine essential oils with safe fragrance oils for a stronger scent throw.

Candle Use & Care

Q: How long do your candles burn?

A: Burn time varies depending on size and design, but most of our candles last between 25–40 hours. Each product page includes specific burn time details.

Q: How should I care for my candle?

A. For best results:

  • Trim the wick to 5mm before each use.

  • Allow the top layer of wax to melt evenly during each burn to avoid tunneling.

  • Keep away from drafts, pets, and children.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times within the UK are typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we ship within the UK. If you are outside the UK and interested, please contact us to discuss special shipping options.

Q: Can I return a candle if I change my mind?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the candle is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that customised or personalised products (e.g., with scents or messages) are non-returnable unless faulty.
